And if yes, is there a pill to wake up?

Imagine everything you have been told about the world, the earth, the cosmos, the moon, the time and you as a human being is false. Or: to a large extent modified. Just like the genetically modified food you buy for your dinner in the local supermarket.

1. BUSYNESS IS A BUSINESS

Busy being busy. You know what it feels like to be busy, don’t you?

The world we live in constantly bombards us with tons of unnecessary information, to-dos, to-gos and to-bes. We, the sheeple, follow the rules of the game called life and don’t even have the time to think about them, to question them. Have you ever asked yourself:

why we never went back to the moon?
why days of the week refer to the planets? Monday – moonday, Saturday – Saturnday, Sunday – well, that’s an obvious one…
why 99% of the human DNA is called “junk” DNA with no good purpose?
why you see strange beings in your dreams?
why you need to ‘go to work’ to ‘earn money’ to simply ‘live’?

If not yet, it’s high time to do it. Unless you want to sleep peacefully and have dreams. But trust me, they won’t be sweet.

2. THE CALL OF YOUR SOUL

“I feel like a hamster in a wheel.. Work, home, work… I don’t have time just to sit and think. My mind is stressed about making dinner, doing the laundry, helping my kids and cleaning my house. When I finally sit or lie down I immediately fall asleep out of tiredness.. I even don’t know what I want in my life. What dreams I used to have. I feel like a used up ferrari with no gas station available in the next 10000 miles…” – said Claudia on a cold and rainy afternoon.

Sometimes we suddenly wake up and think like Claudia: “What is this life? Why do I need to go to work? Is it worth it to spend 10 most valuable hours of a day locked up in an office with windows that never open”?

This is the call of your soul. Will you listen to it or close your eyes and dream on?

As soon as you realise that you are far more than just your body, you’ll see that all these questions have answers deep inside of you. The quantum physicists and scientist long ago have said that the universe in which we live might be a hologram. Just like in “The Matrix” movie. Can you imagine? If we add on the theory of parallel universes and endless space of variants, how it makes you feel now? Afraid? Or relieved?

We take part in this game called life, which has no end. Life is evolution of awareness. A tree, a cat, you, your neighbour, even your beloved boss or an alien – we all are incarnations of godly awareness. Having experience on earth. Learning the tough lessons to grow and crack the Matrix code.

Can you actually crack the Matrix code? Or at least know the rules of the game?

3. AVATAR

The first step to crack the Matrix code starts with cleansing your body.

Your body is your avatar on planet earth. It is a magic biological suit which keeps you alive until the point of its dematerialisation called death. Then, your suit ceases to exist, but not your essence called ‘the soul’.

In Matrix its essential to take good care of your avatar. Healthy eating, exercising and clean thoughts will help you. Today we are addicted to food and we are told that we need to eat 3 or 5 meals a day (I somehow have lost the count…). Have you ever wondered why? Why another person tells me when I should be hungry and when I should eat? Our ancestors used to eat once a day or once every couple of days and were much healthier than we are now. Not to mention the fact, that the food quality now equals a tomato from a probe.

How to cleanse your body?

I can give you some hints, which I’ve tried and which helped me to bring my health back. Seven years ago my doctors were telling me “to make all children I want now because after it will be too late”. Now I just smile to myself and think how lucky I am that I didn’t listen to their advice. Okay, so here’s my self-cleansing-help list:

Stop taking any medicines, even painkillers and contraceptives
Start drinking herbal essences, pure water from glass containers. Avoid plastic.
Move daily. Can be gym, running around the block or yoga.
Take hot and cold showers.
Treat your body with love. Go for a massage or make a SPA time for it indoor bathroom.
Eat healthy. Fruits, veggies, organic, no gluten, no milk.

4. MIRROR

Okay, so you have cleansed your body and now you see yourself in front of a mirror and you smile. Well done! Time for the next step. The mirror. The mirror to your mind.

Your thoughts create your reality. Full stop. Anyone who doubts about that – you can catch up with some reading on it. Check out the works of Katie Byron or Louise Hay. Imagine your mind is like a garden. You have some red roses there, sweet violets and also brown weeds, which prevent the further growth of your flower patch. The weed is your negative thoughts about yourself and about the world. If you love and accept, you make things easier.

The work that you do now, the apartment where you live, your finances – everything is a reflection of your mindset and the energy of your thoughts. If the Matrix has served you some lemons in your life (to keep it short: problems), peel the lemons, wash them, squeeze the juice and prepare a delicious lemonade. Everything depend on your attitude. When you’re fired – treat it as a gift from the universe. A veiled gift of a better future.

Don’t give in to fear. If you happen to see an alien in a human biological suit, don’t panic. He’s just a being. A little different than you. But still alive and breathing. Like you.

Re-boot your avatar. Allow yourself to love. Fear nothing. Be unstoppable.
